F106 Axle Housing
IMS F106 axle housings have been designed in-house with truck pulling in mind. To ensure unparalleled durability and reliability, each housing is constructed with a robust 3/8” thick faceplate and sturdy 3/16” housing A36 steel. The axle tubes are welded to the faceplate, housing, and internal gusseting, forming a cohesive structure that delivers exceptional strength under extreme conditions. After the housings are welded, the faceplates undergo precise machining to achieve a perfectly flat surface.
Housings come fully welded with tubes that can be cut to length. We can also add spindles, billet hubs, billet third member, spool and axles shafts to make a complete axle for your application.

Don’t need a 7075 knuckle for your 2005+ Superduty axle, but want something with double-sheer and hi-steer? These knuckles bridge the gap between a stock knuckle and our 7075 offering to bring you strength at an affordable price.
These are cast, machined, and powder coated right here in the USA without the need for machining, drilling & tapping your current knuckle. They're stronger due to added material thicknesses/radiuses blending the body of the knuckle into the upper arm and not having material removed for a studded arm. They feature an adjustable steering stop and accept our 05+ Balljoint Delete Systems or a regular Balljoint if you so choose.
Building an axle and don’t like how thin the aftermarket inner C’s look? Neither do we. Like the 05+ outer knuckle, our C’s are cast and machined here in the USA.
We added 1/2” to the inner side for more engagement and added webbing to tie the upper & lower potions of the knuckle into the added material. While we were at it we wanted to add a better place for shock mounting….see the flat area on the top portion of the C? These will fit a 3.5” to 4” OD tube for your needs.
These tube seals are designed and built in-house. The outer piece permanently mounts in the tube and allows the inner aluminum housing and seal setup to be removed from inside the housing. We use Seals-It seals with all of our tube seals.
These IMS Unit Bearing Cups are specifically designed to seamlessly integrate 05+ Super duty unit bearings into your straight axle construction. By incorporating these cups and unit bearings, you can bypass the conventional spindle and hub arrangements, opening the door for the utilization of 40 spline axle shafts in your setup.
Cups come in 3.5” and 4.0” bores. Additional sizes can be made upon request.
